That said, I am still interested in how to set the create and permissive bits to expand my knowledge of what I was doing so wrong...for so many hours. It's not something we're going to be able to easily diagnose here. hope this helps. Will try some more to make it work....

Net admin don't have to be changed permissions very time that a phone write a new file. You can not post a blank message. You upload a file, it gives no error.
